Tucked into a wooded lot in Chapel Hill, this architecturally striking home called for a staging approach that balanced clean lines with warmth and texture. With soaring ceilings, bold windows, and rich wood details throughout, we leaned into a modern organic style to create a cohesive, welcoming feel.

In the main living space, rich cacao colored accent chairs, layered textiles, and a teak wood coffee table added depth and softness while complementing the home’s natural surroundings. A graphic black-and-white art piece helped ground the space and echoed the home’s angular architecture.

We carried this balance of form and comfort throughout the home—from the sleek, mid-century-inspired dining area to the serene primary bedroom, where botanical patterns, woven textures, and earthy tones brought a grounded, peaceful energy.
