Perched above a wooded hillside, this architectural gem was staged to honor its clean lines, expansive glass, and serene setting. We collaborated with the seller’s existing pieces—melding them seamlessly with our curated inventory—to craft warm, intentional vignettes throughout. Sculptural lighting, tailored textiles, and organic wood tones softened the home’s modern geometry, while mid-century curves and artful accents invited movement from room to room. The open-plan living and dining areas balance connection and calm, with each corner styled to feel both intimate and expansive. In the primary bedroom, layered patterns and natural fibers create a soothing retreat framed by leafy views.

Downstairs, the unfinished basement was transformed entirely with Maarten & Croix inventory into an adult playroom—think moody, sexy, and effortlessly chic. We introduced rich textures, bold lighting, and sleek seating to showcase the space’s untapped potential for entertaining or unwinding. Every detail, from the lounge setup to the hidden bar vignette, was chosen to spark imagination and highlight what this home could become.
